Elastomeric Waterproof Liquid Membrane in Pakistan is a modern and highly flexible solution for protecting structures against water ingress and harsh weather conditions. Watershield ZSAC-10/55 is a cold-applied, ready-to-use acrylic elastomer based waterproof liquid membrane designed for application at all stages of construction, from below-grade foundations to rooftop surfaces.

This advanced coating system offers very high elongation of more than 400%, allowing it to accommodate structural movement and thermal expansion without cracking. It provides exceptional UV resistance, weather resistance, and durability under varied temperature conditions, making it ideal for exterior roof and slab protection.

Watershield ZSAC-10/55 is suitable for concrete roofs and slabs, asbestos and FRP sheets, metal roofing, pools, tanks, reservoirs, roof gardens, bathroom sunken slabs, basements, plinth and below-grade construction areas. It can also be used as a weather-resistant exterior wall coating and as an anti-fungal vapour barrier paint for HVAC ducts.
